Pixie Population Growth

Baby Boom Housing Crisis

Well they have been at it again!
A recent baby boom amongst the Pixie population In Greenfields, Saddleworth has led to the hasty construction of 9 new bijoux dwellings to help ease the burden.

Quickly constructed on the afternoon of Saturday the 18th of November the house went up in a matter of hours.

A local business owner  :- Gwen Fletcher is reported to have said " aren't they fab?"

At this moment in time there is no plans to build anymore dwellings at this location.

If you squint slightly you can just see one of the new residents in the background just to the left of the front door.
Show home quickly pops up.

Construction Almost Complete

Construction under way

8 Completed desirable residences.

You didn't really squint and have a look did you?

Mr & Mrs G

Tea Total hmmm Maybe

Those of you who know us either as friends or as acquaintances will know that
on the 25th of October Heather Became Mrs G.

It is no secret that she has made me a very happy man in the time we have been together.
We have had some fantastic adventures so far and I personally cant wait to see what new and interesting things we will discover together in the future.

We have both taken a little time to reflect whilst on our honeymoon.

It has been a really busy year this year, and the plan for us for the coming year is to get our work/life balance back.

That is not to say that we will slack off and do less work ( who ever heard of such a thing?) but to aim to work smarter so we have more free time together.

So keep an eye on this space, either to see what we are up to in the crafting community or to check out our everyday adventures in life as Mr & Mrs G.

Craft Stamper Article Number 2

Published Piece Number 2

It always amazes me that people are interested and even like the things I make.

I am also humbled by the positive feedback I receive both at workshops and at demonstrations.

I was approached late last year to do a Powertex project for The Craft Stamper Magazine.

I must admit I laboured over it a bit but I was more than happy with the outcome.

I recently did a second piece for Craft Stamper which I really enjoyed doing using some of my own stamps and using some of my favourite stamping techniques.

here is a little preview of the finished project.

Death By Biscuits.

One Biscuit to Many

Heather is always telling me I have a problem. Yes folks I am a biscuit-a-holic.
So much so that when I found this little guy at a local car boot sale, Heather told me that's what my skeleton must look like. How Rude . She put the comment down to my biscuit baby.
A little unfair but I can see where she is coming from.

More Conical Capers!!

Trees Galore

More pictures of Conical Christmas trees and Pixie houses from the second workshop at Crafty Urchin in Cheadle.

Looks like there may be a risk of over population in Cheadle if they keep allowing these pixie residences  to keep popping up.

Hope you enjoyed looking
