White Gesso done with Acrylic Ink Misters
Hi Guys , Thought I'd show you some pictures of some finished samples from a couple of workshops that I taught last year .
Basically what we have is a paper blocked and then multi-layered and textured canvas/board primed with white Gesso accentuated with a few squirts of Acrylic misting ink. I then finished this off with a soupcon of gilding wax.
These ones were done with white Gesso but the black Gesso ones seemed to be a lot more popular. who would have thought it. I have tried to make all mine personal by placing symbolic embellishments and accents within the multiple layers.

Love your work John looking forward to your workshop at the Crafty Corner
