Bottle Bling with a purpose
I needed something for a class that was functional . This is what Heather came up with a Powertex bottle bling workshop that's a garden light .
The bottle was decorated using Powertex Ivory hardener and various plaster and metal embellishments Before spraying with brown Bister. We then scoured the garden shops for a solar powered light that would fit into the bottle. By a strange quirk of fate this was the only light where the metal sleeve protecting the solar panel actually slides off allowing you to decorate that piece and slide it back on. This makes a great accompanying piece for the Pixie house.
