A Growing Collection
I thought I would post something a little different tonight. Recently ( probably the last 3 months) Heather has developed a penchant for vintage crockery. She has bought a few pieces and I have picked up a few pieces for her on my travels and before you know it she has a collection. I have put a few pictures on because I think it is fascinating the geometry and artwork on some of these pieces. I suppose the next acquisition should be a nice china cabinet, but where we would put it is beyond me!

ReplyDeleteHi, these bring back memories of my great aunt's china cabinet, she had the most beautiful collection, mostly blue and white. I love the shape of the one in the last pic.

Hi Lilian, I remember my Gran having one too. A different era when things were bought and looked after now every thing is low quality and disposable, shame.
